You can expect Laura to start by asking a ton of questions to get a better understanding of who you are and what your needs/wants/expectations are as a runner. Laura strives to provide constructive feedback to your overall process, form, and lifestyle. Ultimately, the goal is to keep you running and enjoying the experience. Laura does this through consistent check-ins, adjustments to the schedule, and lots of encouragement.  

How many miles a week do you want to be running? Before writing a running plan and schedule, Laura will meet with you virtually to go over your  goals, expectations, and modifications. She will work with you to make sure you are running the amount of miles you want and expect to be running.
