Questions and answers

Weekly virtual class on Sundays at 4pm PST. Yoga for a cause where all proceeds go a the sponsored organization is on the second Tuesday of every month at 5:30pm PST.

A yoga mat is recommended, but if you don’t have a mat yet, a towel or blanket can work. Additionally, any yoga props you may have can be used including a block, strap or blanket. Laura signs on 10 minutes before class to answer questions or concerns. 

Laura will always cue without any props. She will offer variations with props including a block, blanket or pillow. 

Drop-in classes are $15 a class. You can also purchase a class package for 5 classes for $60 (one free class). 

Yes. Please fill out the inquiry form for more details. Corporate classes are $50 a class for unlimited participants.

Yes. Laura will work closely to walk you through a traditional class while offering the opportunity for questions, feedback, and adjustments. Private classes can be done in-person or virtual. 

Laura teaches a hatha yoga, a slow flow focusing on breath, technique, and the connection between the mind and body.

Yoga is for everybody no matter what level or where you’re at. Laura encourages all her students to show up as they are, meet their bodies where they are at, and practice yoga. Laura strives to offer inclusive all-level classes for anyone who wants to learn, practice, and enhance their yoga experience. 

It depends. Please let Laura know in advance about your injury and how it impacts your physical practice. Laura is willing to work closely with you to create a practice that works for you.
